Focus your pilot on a single instructional library (Middle School Science, High School Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) with 3-5 selected units. This keeps evaluation manageable and feedback actionable.

Before launch
Initial Consultation
We'll have a 30-minute call to understand your needs, confirm which library makes sense, identify your teacher cohort size, and establish success criteria for the pilot.
Week 1
Pilot Launch & Onboarding
We provide teacher access, conduct a kickoff meeting to demonstrate the platform and materials, and answer all questions. Teachers begin implementing content in their classrooms.
Weeks 2-6
Active Implementation
Teachers use Sciesmic content while we provide responsive support. Mid-pilot feedback survey captures early insights. Weekly check-ins ensure smooth implementation.
Weeks 7-8
Evaluation & Decision
We compile all feedback and usage data into a comprehensive summary report, present findings in a final meeting, and discuss annual license options if you decide to move forward.
